我公司研发的PW/RO系列纯化水机组是将原水通过各种净化工序转化为纯化水或高纯水的成套设备,预处理工艺包含原水箱、机械过滤器、活性炭过滤器、软化器等多种工艺组合;纯化工艺包含RO+EDI、RO+RO、RO+RO+EDI、RO+EDI+UF等多种组合形式,产水水质符合中国药典、欧洲药典、日本药典和美国药典的需求;采用超滤技术可制备符合欧洲药典的高纯水。整机采用模块化的生产,结构合理紧凑,占地面积小;具有完善的控制系统,保障水机安全可靠的运行;采用双软化器串联设置,防止因为工艺设备备用带来的死水;整个工艺无中间水箱,具有低污染风险等优势;采用双管路纯水供应,具有独特的水机内循环模式,可实现水机内循环。
